"What if your workout became yoga – where steady breathing and inner focus are as important as the movements themselves?"Berit.

Interest and care

Open and undemanding, we can, even in disagreement or distance, sense the warmth of love that pulsates between us.

It is said that this is pure devotion – which simply is – as we move through life together, in the rhythm of breathing.

I would like to tell you a little about how I approach my yoga practice for myself and in teaching. What fascinates me is all the physical and mental components we are created from and live in. I personally find the 5 elements EARTH, WATER, FIRE, AIR and SPACE to be the most interesting because the nature around us and we contain the same. So when I practice yoga, or my sword dance, or meditation, I think it would be nice and important if all the elements in me could be balanced so that I feel as good and optimal as possible.

There is also an emphasis on relaxation and calm with elements of Koshi bells and the powerful sound of the gong occasionally. I think that softness and strength, and well-being and being inspired to stretch are easier when we are together in a group. With me you will find the opportunity to experience and be a part of the collaboration between the participants and me and you in a simple and present way. Humor and laughter are an important part of the yoga class because it balances the heavier days we all have.
